Seems like everybody decided to move at the end of March!
We must have cleaned at least 40 apartment carpets in the past few days.
End of the month is always hectic for move outs but this month was really
crazy.
Anyways – I finally got a little time to put up a post of a few shots of town.
Some have been adjusted in post processing and some have had little or nothing
done to them.

Love the tonal quality of the second shot.
Is that George in the fourth… guess not as it’s Canada.
The gravity of the moon has apparently tilted the dome.
Nice fly…. If you like flies.

Love the comments!
1st shot basically right out of camera.
2nd shot cropped a little and boost to colours to warm up scene.
3rd shot out of camera raw with long exposure.
4th shot – George W or George Washington? Nope – it’s a Canadian
guy – think it’s Captain Vancouver but will check to make sure the next time
I’m there. By the way – he really needs a hose down to get rid of the bird crap
on his head!
5th shot – Believe it or not the damned dome on the Parliament Buildings is apparently
unstable and could literally collapse into the building. All I need is to be set up to take a
picture under the thing when it decides to collapse. That could really ruin your whole day!
Last shot – We do like flies up here in Canada. Rumour has it that in some towns on the
Prairies the flies are the size of Buicks. And I’m talking about the old RoadMasters!!!
Didn’t even know the fly was on there until I saw the image enlarged on my computer screen!

It’s Captain Cook.  Vancouver is on top of the dome.

Love #2. Nice tones and reflection. Interesting unusual perspective on #5.
I think for #4 square format will look great, which will include statue and the palace without distracting staff on the sides.

#6 As you probably already know, I don’t like flies. If you don’t know watch my Lesson 6. LOL

When I post an image I feel like there could be a test and that’s why you had better
stay around here for a long time! You keep us all on our toes and as Martha always
says “that’s a good thing”.
Oksana – I didn’t really see the fly on that shot until I brought the image up on my computer.
And yea – I saw the battle between you and the fly in the outtakes of your lesson. Felt sorry for
all the time wasted but it was so right that you posted it! You may not get the most hits on youtube
but thats too bad for anyone who misses your incredible tutorials. You rock and don’t change a thing
about your videos!
Dale.
mscharff – I think you should be my frontman for future image sales!
Thanks for the comments.
Dale.
