Hello Erwin.  Another lovely image.
So many of your photos appear to be HDR, however I remember that you have said that this is not the case.
Yet.. they have the same distinct look.

Do you shoot in RAW (or perhaps jpeg) and create a specific look in post processing?
Or, are there specific Canon in camera “picture style” settings that you normally use to produce the effect?

Thanks, in advance, for letting us in on your secret.

Great shoot, Erwin! Very crisp and beautiful colors. Interesting composition with foreground element for depth in the image! Well done!

A really nice shot! Canon cameras definitely produce warmer tones without any
post processing. I should know – I use both Canon and Nikon and the Canon images
do appear more vibrant right out of the camera. Nikon produces a more natural tonal
range (sometimes good and sometimes needs a little tweaking for the dramatic effect lol)
Love both cameras and don’t know what is on the horizon for 2015 – but I’m positive that
Canon has some tricks up their sleeve to reveal in the near future.
Again Erwin – a very lovely image!
Dale.

Yes Mandrake, I shoot in RAW. Unfortunately I don’t really have any secret :) ( I wish I have).. When shooting landscapes, I use Landscape picture style just like the others. My workflow for post processing is pretty basic as well since I am not an advance Ps user. I just play with the Shadows/Highlights, Selective Colors then Sharpen it using the Unsharp Mask and that’s basically it :)

Maybe you guys can share some of your techniques to me instead. hehehee..
