I took these photos on Saturday as I went out for a walk in Siena, Italy.

1. I like the first image the most. Italy is beautiful. I would just maybe place the tower in the rule of third.
2. What did you do with the second image? It looks like you did some effects on it. I wish somebody was walking up those stairs. :)
3. Beautiful sunset. You might want straiten your horizon. I would maybe also get rid of that thing sticking out (not sure that it is).

Thanks Oksana for your feedback. Regarding the first photo, I will take note and avoid such in future. I might consider retaking the shot. What I did with the second picture was that I sharpened it, touched the vibrance and colour saturation but most importantly I added an effect called ‘mimic HDR’ using a website on this url: http://www.pixrl.com

Regarding the 3rd photo, i didn’t quite understand what you meant by straighten the horizon.May be you help me explain further.
Its actually another tower called ‘Torre del Mangia’ meaning ‘ eating tower’ that was springing out from the back ground. Do you advise using photoshop to clean it then use content aware to patch the area? Thanks.

By the way, I couldn’t get anyone to climb the stairs for 2 reasons. Its very risky because its really bushy and underground and secondly its written boldly not allowed to climb. I don’t know why. This is Italy. Lol.

By straighten the horizon I mean straighten the horizon, lol. Make it parallel to the bottom edge on the picture. If you even look at ‘Torre del Mangia’ it looks like it is leaning to the right. It is not a Pisa tower, right :) ? It is not to bad in your photo, but a bit of straitening might help. Content aware could good to clean the tower.

I am not a huge fun of your HDR effect on the second picture so. But I will be showing HDR using 3 different software (including Photoshop) very very soon (hopefully next week). HDR could work great for photographing Italy, including sunset. With HDR you will be able to capture the sunset and also see some buildings/landscapes instead of just silhouette.
