Hello, Rama.  Welcome to our forum.
We look forward to seeing more of your work and hope that you enjoy your time with us.

You’ve posted some fine images.
I’ve not been able to see any metadata in the files, so perhaps, in the future
it might be good if you provide some of the basic camera settings used for each image.
It does make it possible for us to make suggestions and offer comments.  (We do that from time to time.)

Thanks Mandrake for the warm welcome. i will include camera settings in the future.  below are the settings i used for these shots

 

# 1 . F-22, 2 sec with ND filter , ISO 100, 28 mm focal length ( 1.6 crop factor 60 D) with canon 18-200 EF-s lens.

#2. F11, 29 mm , 1/40 hand held with a non Image stabilized lens , ISO 1600

See…. Now that is interesting.  Truly great examples of what an ND filter and a steady hand can do.

ND filter is really the way to go for a lot of shots – especially ocean etc. I have to get one because
the results achieved can be really dramatic!

how dark was the filter?  I think you got some good “smoke” on the water (I feel a song coming on) with your filter…
