This and your Capital shot are both good tests of any possible sensor dust problem with your D600.
I’ve examined both with the new Lightroom 5 (beta) Visualize Spots tool and find nary a one.
This is very good news.

My only suggestions with this shot would be a considerable crop at its bottom, just a bit of straightening and, perhaps elimination of the red traffic lines. I like the starbursts and the motion blur of the flag to the left. It announces your long shutter speed.
