Beautiful sky, Michael.  

This and your Capital shot are both good tests of any possible sensor dust problem with your D600.
I’ve examined both with the new Lightroom 5 (beta) Visualize Spots tool and find nary a one.
This is very good news.

My only suggestions with this shot would be a considerable crop at its bottom, just a bit of straightening and, perhaps elimination of the red traffic lines.  I like the starbursts and the motion blur of the flag to the left.  It announces your long shutter speed.

Fantastic clarity with that Nikon D600!

Those colours are rich and nicely saturated.

The only thing that gives it away as a long exposure

is the flag on the left.

Great shot and great camera Michael!!!
