<p>Those colours are rich and nicely saturated.</p>
<p>The only thing that gives it away as a long exposure</p>
<p>is the flag on the left.</p>

<p>This and your Capital shot are both good tests of any possible sensor dust problem with your D600.<br />
I've examined both with the new Lightroom 5 (beta) Visualize Spots tool and find nary a one.<br />
This is very good news.</p>
<p>My only suggestions with this shot would be a considerable crop at its bottom, just a bit of straightening and, perhaps elimination of the red traffic lines.  I like the starbursts and the motion blur of the flag to the left.  It announces your long shutter speed.</p>
