Another sunset shot at Iona Island, Richmond, BC.

IONA JETTY – The south jetty, juts out nearly 4 km (2.5 mi) into the Strait; recreational visitors can walk or cycle on the twin gravel trails atop and beside the large sewage pipe that stretches the length of the jetty.

Very pretty. I like the rocks on the foreground. What is that hover in the middle of the water?

I don’t see a tanker, but I do see a navigation aid.

There’s a tanker on the far right of the buoy Mandrake almost in the middle of the image, not too obvious though.

Erwin
Thanks for the tip on filters. I will definitely check them out!
After I zoomed in about 10 times I did see something that has to be
a tanker – we have them up here all the time coming into Victoria and
Vancouver.
Once again – fantastic shot!
Dale.

The more I zoom in, the more it doesn’t look like a tanker, but I do see a submarine following the thing that’s not a tanker.
