The more I zoom in, the more it doesn't look like a tanker, but I do see a submarine following the thing that's not a tanker.

Thanks for the tip on filters. I will definitely check them out!

a tanker - we have them up here all the time coming into Victoria and
Vancouver.

There's a tanker on the far right of the buoy Mandrake almost in the middle of the image, not too obvious though.
