I took this picture in a foggy winter morning. Added a blue filter and increased blue colour slightly during post processing. Third image is in black and white

When you guys get fog you really get FOG!

That is thick stuff.

I kind of like the 3rd picture a little more because

it just looks natural.

Just my opinion but my vote goes to #3 this time.

I actually like all 3 photos. They have a mood and can almost see them as a movie. I kind of expect somebody to show up in the photo. #2 is my favorite.

I think the reason that I like the second is that it gives a purpose. 
The viewer has a place to go even though he is not on the path.
The path provides the leading line to his destination.
When there, he would sit and rest before continuing on his way.

I would prefer the color to be gray, as in the third photo.
This could easily be done by converting to B&W.
