I like composition in this image and depth created by an arch. Beautiful costumes and people was a good energy.

Thanks Osanka. Unfortunately, I lost the original file (the large raw). All i have now is “at least” the small jpg.

It’s ok though. I have so many photos. My external hard drive broke a while back and lost a ton of stuff. I tried everything and can’t retrieve it. I’m not going to pay anything to have it fixed either, just not worth it. The Mick Jagger was one i did a lot of work on too, and it was just a scan.  I suppose, i should scan the original photo once again on that one and spend some time on it again.

I really think that digital photography is a great danger.  It’s just too easy to lose files.
Very few of us, myself included, fail to make adequate backups.
I have shoe boxes of very old photos including photos of my ancestors dating back to the Civil War.
Most people of my age have boxes of old family photos.

People today, however, usually take these kind of photos with their iphones.
Prints are seldom made and often the files are not even transferred to a hard drive.
Will these memories be around in 100 years?  I doubt it.

Well said Mandrake. I think I am going to use your word for my bussiness, when selling prints ;)
