This is a photo I took back in September, when we had some really crazy winds.
1st is the original photo 52mm 1/1000 f/7.1 ISO 320 (resized/resampled)
2nd is the resized with auto color adjust to lighten it up a bit, no other changes.
3rd I did some messing around with original RAW file and made a couple extra exposures and put together this sort of HDR, along with a few adjustments in Photoshop, this is what came out.
I know there is a lot of noise in the photo, but I rather like the effect. What you Think?

I like the 3rd photo most. It answers the HDR name. Thanks.

I love the 3rd one also, I have to look at it 3 time to appreciate all the drama, this is a fantastic picture because of how you captured the moment.
Thanks for sharing.

I agree that HDR works for this photo. It exaggerate the drama of the moment.

Actually, I like the second photo best. It is much more realistic and gives me a feeling of being there…. tasting the dust.

I agree with Okasana and Mandrake.
The second one is truly nice almost real as seem on desert, I will need to practice a photoshop element even I don’t like to use.
if not I will be out of place here.
You handled very well RAW file.
Mandrake I have some photos without you critic , shall be you don’t like it?

Hi Silky!
I wasn’t able to find a manual for that particular telescope, however
Here is a video on the alignment set up of a equatorial mount
That should get you started. Also on that telescope from what I was able to find it does not have a standard 1.25″ eyepiece.
It’s more like a .9??” so an additional adapter would be needed to use a t-mount setup for camera. There are several other videos
on the use of that type of telescope. Hope this helps!
