I didn’t had tripod but there was a nice balcony to put my camera on, the problem is I had to restrain to the provided angle. The settings are 5sec at F4 with ISO100, 28mm. I think is not in focus, maybe because F4??? I don’t know. Need some advice. Thank you. :)

Nice photo Daniela, its a lovely bridge with nice reflections in the water. Here are my thoughts for improvements.

I would try and crop the image to 16×9 aspect ratio as the very top and bottom are dead space in the photo.

Also if its not adding to the composition it is taking away from it meaning that the lighpost and pole are both distracting away from the bridge. The crop should remove the light and you can use photoshop cs5 or cs6 content fill aware to remove the remaining posts. I hope this helps you.

The picture would really look good if you had gone a further and took the shot or as Glenn says…light seems to be distracting the bridge and the reflection in the water! good shot though!!
