I think the pictures are technically fine, but only for learning and experimental proposes. For pictures that really matter for your portfolio, you should try (in my opinion), to chose another motiv, or develop more the motiv you chosen before, like having something appening on the street or having someone or something in the first plane, something with a story behind the picture, or something with a more specific propose than the technique, or there is no reason to watermark it. Sorry about the english, and please post some more. :)

Nonthaimage, I think you did a good job for a first time. I actually like the second image the most. All the lines from the road and red lines created by car lights look interesting. Keep on shooting! I hope to see some more images from you soon!
