To me it is obvious. The first photo taken with the D7000 is better. It is much sharper and better composed. Neither one though, is because of the camera body. It could be the lens, but I would guess it is the focusing. I am assuming that you used a tripod for both photos.

You would have to take many more shots to make a true comparison.
