Shot taken in slow shutter speed by metering the exposure from another area and captured the street light.
The foggy effect created by blowing on the lens.

Canon : 5D mark III 24-105, Tv 1/15, f 4, iso 640 24mm focal length
Straight out of the camera, only water mark placed through PS
