I took these last year in October while passing through Valencia.

All taken with a Canon 450d
Canon EF-S 10-22
Manfrotto XPROB 190 Tripod
Manfrotto 496 RC2 Ball Head
Remote Trigger release

City of Arts and Science Bridge
Shutter Speed 13 seconds
Aperture f/8
Focal Length 16mm
ISO 100

Hemispheric Eye
Shutter Speed 4 seconds
Aperture f/8
Focal Length 14mm
ISO 100

The bridge is the highest point in Valencia at 150 meters and the Eye is actually a 3d Imax Theatre.

Awesome photos….it confirms the saying that it doesn’t matter the camera body you have but the glass attached to it..

Thanks deensani for the nice words. I would agree that lenses are more important then camera bodies for most cases although almost any modern zoom or any prime stopped down to f/8 or f/11 will provide excellent results.
In this case an ultrawide angle lens was needed in order to get the tripod to the very edge of the water in order to avoid other tourists from walking in front of me while I was shooting.

Those are nice. Very graphic. Love the strong reflection in the water. It gives the illusion that it is not just a reflection, but part of the structure.

I agree that lens is more important then the camera.

The reflection in the water is amazing….cant make out whether its a reflection or the structure is as it seems!! Great shot!

Glad you enjoyed the photos Oksana and Sam, the whole area is really heavily designed on reflections and light which makes it a great place for night photography. I would love to go back someday soon and capture some additional photographs, perhaps in the early springtime.
