Have you watched Oksana’s latest youtube video?
She talks about depth of field and that might help you with your
question.
I see that you used f16 which does allow for a great depth of field
but where was your main focus point? If you focused on the shoreline
that is where you are going to get the most “in focus” area.

Silky… I’m not really sure you mean “depth of field”.
Is this more of what you are looking for?
Post processing with lightroom 4 and pse 10.
