Rats! They’re gnats! Not fun if a ghost attacks.

Eric
Bet you didn’t know that Mandrake’s also a poet!
How good of a poet…well, you can be the judge on that!
Dale.
Today I will go out and see if I can find some very small flying
insects to shoot and try and get in focus.

For everyone’s information…
A “ghost” of gnats is a bunch of gnats as a “herd” of cattle is a bunch of cattle.
and…….. it’s a lovely little poem, thank you very much, Dale.

And a murder of crows is a bunch of crows…and so it goes.
A pod of whales and snails leave trails…
I’m done.
Dale.

Dale…

One of your favorite subjects, ducks, actually have different group names depending on their location.

When flying, the group is a flock,
on the ground, a brace or a badling,
and when in the water, a raft or a team.

There will be a quiz.

Mandrake
Your knowledge is phenomenal.
I had no idea that so many terms were used to describe
a “group” of ducks!
My favourite group of ducks hang in the front window of a
Chinese market cooked perfectly and ready to be enjoyed.
What is the term for that “group”?
By the way I will be signing off and going on an underwater (Salish Sea)
adventure to see what images I can post later. Of course I will be protected
by a thick layers of glass during my “dive”.
Dale.

Dale… The ducks in the window are called dead ducks.
Enjoy your adventure.
