Mandrake,
nice picture. Is there any reason you shot this picture in black and white? or to keep the mood of raining day?
regards

miu…
Thank you. Actually, I thought so too. lol

jaydev…
The photo was originally shot in color, but the only “color” on this dreary day
was just a bit of yellow on one of the houses.
I converted it to B&W and decided that I liked it better.

You have a lot of shades of grey that you
controlled well. It’s not easy to get nice tones
like that when you have windows through which
a bright sky is trying to ruin the effect.
Good job!
Dale.

Mandrake, I always enjoy seeing picture from your home. It is just proves again, you don’t have to go far to find an inspiration. It might be right in front of you, you just need to learn how to see it!

Thank you, Oksana.
I do often enjoy being the camera and seeing as if through it’s lens.

A slightly different version of the photo.
The settings are the same with the only difference being that of perspective.

Excuse me, Patrick, but I do not know what you mean by “superation”.
It appears important to your thought, so please tell me what it means.

Edit: Ahhhh.. The light bulb has gone on. “superacion”. Perhaps meaning “self improvement”.
If so, I take it as a compliment and thank you for it.

Mandrake
I think the first one is slightly cleaner.
Really do like the simplicity of the shots
and the use of grey tones with both.

It really fits into a rainy mood and is an amazing shot….i just think i want that thing at the left to be covered a bit more , may be from a little more distance to make it complete (just my view)!Cool
And i am curious about what it is at the left corner ??
