I think the first one is slightly cleaner.
Really do like the simplicity of the shots
and the use of grey tones with both.

You have a lot of shades of grey that you
controlled well. It's not easy to get nice tones
like that when you have windows through which
a bright sky is trying to ruin the effect.

The photo was originally shot in color, but the only "color" on this dreary day
was just a bit of yellow on one of the houses.
I converted it to B&W and decided that I liked it better.
