His name is Toot, this is my parents rescued Desert Tortoise.
Pictures taken with Sony DSC-HX20V on full auto.

Oh, I had one like this, when I was a kid. She escaped from me 
. Can you believe that slow tortoise could escape, lol.
I took her for a walk, started to play with my friends and forgot to watch her. She escaped.
How big is this one?

He is about 9 inches long and about 6 inches wide he is pretty good size.
Toot is the same way he will disappear if you take your eyes off of him.
Fortunately he has his own habitat, so he doesn’t get out. Gets in house sometimes, but not out.
