The second and third are beautiful.
The first bothers me as nothing appears in focus.

I like the second and the third shot more than the first one..
The first shot has a vibrant color but is out of focus for sure…
Waiting to see some other shot besides flowers…

Hello Eric, it’s easy, i have a frame with black velvet that I put behind the flower pot. I use the flash too. And when i could i will show you with a tutorial in this post if you want to see, no problem.

The detail in the flower and an insect inside it is amazing..

Oh it;s as easy as a black velvet + flash.. though it was a more complicated setup…

The D800 and 800E are capable of incredible detail.
I am buying lottery tickets twice a week because I think
that’s about the only shot I have at either of those cameras
right now lol!
