Somebody should tell the chef that palms are green, not yellow.
But… I do like the trunks. Olives, I assume.
How many did this serve?

Its not that I didn’t hv green bell peppers for the palm leaves, but then the chef in me opted for some changes here and there . B/w it’ll perfectly serve 4-5 guests !

This salmon looks so good. Can you post the recipe just of the fish itself. I am really bored with my olive oil, lemon juice salmon and would like to discover something new. Very creative decoration! I wish I could come for dinner. Laugh

Hi Oksana,
Sorry for the late reply and thnks for your interest. My salmon preparation would be same like yours…except that, I add Italian seasoning in the end.
I hv n’t tried, but I feel that it will also taste good with some sprinkles of Indian fish curry Masala.

Hi Mandrake; What a lack of imagination men, that dish is a Gondola , it is not a palm is the Gondolero and to the another extreme are the Couple.
I eat this in Thaiti , of course the Chef there are more artistic. Wink Surprised

Perhaps you can tell us what the couple is up to….
snuggled together as they are… at the bow of the gondola.
I trust that the Gondolero averts his eyes to provide any needed privacy.

Mandrake in Thaiti, life is a paradice, the Gondolero is a Girl topleless and the privacy is not a problem, They Surprised Wink have a dancer girls that set you to you spend the night praying that falls off the dancer’s skirt. You can go there for honey moon or along there are a lot of girls from around the world.
