Hi Mandrake; What a lack of imagination men, that dish is a Gondola , it is not a palm is the Gondolero and to the another extreme are the Couple.
I eat this in Thaiti , of course the Chef there are more artistic.

Sorry for the late reply and thnks for your interest. My salmon preparation would be same like yours...except that, I add Italian seasoning in the end.
I hv n't tried, but I feel that it will also taste good with some sprinkles of Indian fish curry Masala.
