To cupture water vapor from the food is not an easy task. Sometimes it is not strong enough and goes away quick. You can see it better on the darker background. When I learned food photography, teacher showed us techniques of using tampon, lol. You dip it in the water, when put it in the microwave. When it starts to smog, you put it behind the plate.
