Placement of main subjects in this image based on Rule of Third. Shallow DoF was used to focus the viewer eye on two actors, who are having conversation. The Lines on the stairs leading viewer eye toward them as well.

This photo is based on Rule of Third, where the main subject (bride) is placed. Pattern Background with Horizontal Lines adds more interest to the image.

Leading Curve created by the walkway is what make this image interesting. It brings the viewer eye to the house. I placed the horizon including more landscape then the sky, because landscape is more interesting in this image.
