A successful experiment, Sameer. Congratulations.
Next time, I would go for an even faster shutter speed.
You could easily boost the ISO without fear of noise.

I would be interested in knowing if you used a tripod
and if you were in single or continuous release mode.

When detailing your camera settings it is good to include the aperture value.
It can be seen in the file’s property details, but if you’re going to go to the trouble
of listing settings in your post you might as well include the f-stop as well.

Again… nice shot.
The 5100 is a great camera.

Actually i used continuous release mode and the shot was actually in red lighted background but i preferred b/w …! And i tried the shot with tripod but the height of the tripod was more compared to the bucket in which the drops were falling…so had to get it with bear hands ( VR is relly helpful)Smile
