Abandoned walker?

I took this picture today while my wife and I were walking our dog on top of Oroville Dam, I don’t know if it was abandoned or just illegally parked, but I thought it was an interesting image.

Ok Otto, I’ll take your word for this one, but the image looks a bit too good to be true.
I would hope that whoever left the walker didn’t end it all with a dive over the edge.

Maybe one of the fellows depicted in this article left it abandoned.

Believe it or not it was not staged the walker was just setting there my wife and I were totally baffled.
