My opinion is that, here is a beautiful location for long exposure photography. All you need is a tripod, timer cable release, DSLR and your self. You will be amazed at the results. This particular one here is under exposed. Nice attempt.

As Nizar said, for this type of photography is excencial tripod, however is not bad , if the measure where made on the second
building to the right it will be better tray to do with the same Spot metering pointing the darker subjet and aperture priority.

If you have a way of straightening your photos before posting it would be a great improvement. Now, the first thing that anyone would notice is that the picture is not straight. Otherwise, it is a nice shot, especially seen at higher resolution.
