Vinod
Beautiful country with some spectacular images
to show it off!
Looks like you went to great lengths to take
#’s 1 and 7.
Very impressive.

Wow awesome pictures. Were you also on an air balloon for some of them or just really high up in the mountains? You got some really beautiful landscapes.Smile

Hello Vinod,
Love the pictures. Looks like a very tranquil place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Question on the very last picture with shops and the Hillside. I think it might be my eyes or my monitor playing a trick on me. But It almost
looks like there is a waterfall right by the “Hotel” sign. Can you confirm that there is a waterfall? or is that just light reflecting off of the rocks. Can anyone else see this too? I may need to have my eye check or buy a new computer lol..

Monkey
No spray to indicate falling water.
On my computer it definitely looks like
lighter shade of rock.
Dale.

It is indeed a waterfall, specifically Staubbach Falls, in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland.

Well if it is a waterfall it sure is a small one.
Not much going over that one in a barrel!!!
That’s all I have to say about that subject.
Dale.

With a height of nearly 300 meters, Staubbach Falls is the second highest waterfall in Switzerland.
Certainly not worth risking a barrel on.

Thanks Vinod for clarifying it for us.
I thought my eyes were playing a trick on me, and then I blamed my monitor on my computer for being old. hahaha I think I was looking for
an excuse to go buy a new computer..Lol

Love, Monkey

Beautiful photos and beautiful places! I just can’t figur out photo #7. What is that white thing on top part of the picture. It doesn’t really look like sky.

Oksana… I believe it is a cloud.
It looks very much like a closer view, perhaps from a balloon, of the Swiss Alps in picture #1.
If this is so…. it is quite a shot.

Now… looking at the covered bridge in #s 4 and 5…. I recognize it as Lucerne.
It’s been 50 years since I crossed it.
