Hello Umm Khaled: in my opinion the right white balance may depend on the situation. One key ingredient is to underexpose your image to avoid a washed out sky. Negative exposure compensation and the cloudy white balance essentially gives me just that. Here are 3 pictures I shot yesterday evening moments apart.

Thanks Josh for your kind comment. Here is the breakdown:
F22, 1/2”, ISO 100, -4EV, Focal length 18mm, white balance:Cloudy
Of course I shot it raw then touched a bit in PE 11.0
I dont know why, but at -2EV and -3EV the photo was still pretty boring so i bumped it down to -4EV
I moved my tripod a bit to capture the remaining 2 shots and I retouched the 2nd one much more in post production.

Umm Khaled am just a beginner like you but keep exploring and shooting, you will get it right. Don’t worry about making mistakes. I will leave you with 2 great qoutations in photography:
1. ”Your first 10, 000 photographs are your worst” Henry Cartier Brasseun
2. ”Everyone will take one great picture, I’ve done better because I’ve taken two” David Bailey
