I really like the portrait, but think I’d like it more in totally black and white as the dashes of color are a bit distracting.
Love the expression on the subject’s face. He seems somewhat impatient with you.
You might want to remove the lint from his jacket. It might make him feel better.

What’s going on with the last four photos?
HDR? If so, it’s not working for me, although I do like the composition of the boat pic.

I must agree with Mandrake about the portrait. I would prefer is completely B&W or at least just the flag in color (I don’t see the value, exempt distraction to add color to the button, pen or watch). But love his pose and face expression.
