Beautiful photo, Erwin! Very nice colors. I like the reflection of the sunset in the water.

Erwin
Perfect title – you have captured natures colours at their finest in this photograph!
Love the depth of field. Maybe one day you can Photoshop in a semi-nude (gotta keep
it clean…it’s a family forum!) young lady frolicking in the sand to keep Mandrake happy.
The nice straight horizon line should keep him complaining for now though lol!
Dale.

Dale… Ask and you shall receive.
Wreck Beach photo thanks to Google Street View.

Now I remember why I stopped going to the beach.

This is a google street view photo Mandrake? Looks like the google guys were lost because to get into the beach you need to go down on a 483 steps wooden stairs :D

If you click on the google map link in your original post and drag the street view man to NW Marine Drive opposite Wreck Beach you will get the street view and additional photos of the area at the bottom of the screen.  This is one of those photos.

Ergig,

A very good job. Apart from the colors, i like that you have some strong foreground elements in the shot
