Good try! Please tell us about your light setup. The easiest way to photograph watches jewelry is using Lightbox. You can buy one or even build something similar. Since you want to eliminate all the bright sports from the lights on your watch. Now you have a few. Also I am not very found the choice of the background. I don’t mind the color too much, but the texture is very uneven and doesn’t seams to compliment the watch or the jewelry.
