This is pretty good usage of natural light. Since it was backlit, did you use anything to add some light to the labels?

There was some lights on in the room but nothing was directed towards the labels. Could be some reflected light from the silver tray. I remember it was something that really stood out and made me want to photograph it. The shallow depth of field at f/4 was chosen to give the background blur of the sea through the window.
