I thought about doing a proper selfie with the camera on a tripod set on a timer, and me doing a ‘distinguished gentleman’ pose, but I haven’t got around to it yet.

I gave the camera to my 9 year-old grandson with one instruction.  Don’t drop it!
Fortunately, he didn’t, but instead took my picture.
Actually not bad for the kid.

Great photo of you, Mandrake! You should give your grandson your camera more often. Kids see things in some special way and with digital they can click away. As long as they don’t drop it, lol. Strap around the neck might help.
