Interesting settings. At f/1.8 the eyes are tack sharp with the rest of her face a bit soft.
I’m assuming this is a prime. I have the 35mm and love it.

Not seeing any noise at ISO-800. I think some are too cautious to raise ISO to the higher levels.
It opens up a lot of low light opportunities. This is a good example.
Lightroom does a great job with any noise as well.
