I would not use the setting you used for this picture. I am not sure, how did you end up with ISO 3200. This is way too high. You always want to keep your ISO as low as possible. If you are using flash there is no need to use ISO 3200. Are you sure your ISO was 3200? Also I assume you did some post processing too? She looks a bit plastic. There is too much blur on her face, also color of her lips look way to neon bright. Do you have some more pics of her?
