Let me first say – lovely model/lovely smile. The colours in the first

shot are much warmer and lifelike. The second shot has a distinctively green

tinge and the model has lost the lovely rich skin tones.

First shot by far more enjoyable for me.

Dale… Just move the LR basic panel tint slider from 0 to +45 on your copy and you will be a happy Miss. Nikki fan.
Strangely, I find the second shot more “enjoyable”.

I like the second one better as well… but it might be even better with more natural skin tones… also looks like there is a spot on her shirt that could be taken out in post…

SHe is beautiful! I love the pose and her face expression. DoF is nice too. Her skin seams to be a bit on the green side, but maybe because a lot of things in the photo are green anyway. Also I would watch what she is doing with her hands. The right hand look a bit tensed, like a claw, because fingers are speeded out.   

Good job in general! You are getting better and better! I am happy to see some women’s portraits ;)

Also be careful with extensive skin smoothening. You don’t want it to look like plastic.
