I am so happy to have you back!!! I use too shoot with Mamiya, when I was in school. 

I really like the whole idea of this photo, the subject, shallow DoF and focus on the hands. The only thing I would pay attention to is a background. I wish she would separate from it a bit better. It happened that her light jacket is merging into white snow on the background, at the same time as her darker hair landed on the darker background. It is more critical if you have black and white photo, since it is all about contract between light and dark parts. You have to think in B&W while taking a picture. I do like how her hands are framed with darker sleeves, which brings attention to them.
