Very nice tones for the black and whites, Siam.
And… Great focus… I particularly like the depth of field in your second photo.

You might want to be a bit careful about your backgrounds.
The first photo has a distracting pole behind your subject.

In the second photo, I get the impression that your model is posing for the camera.
He is a bit too serious and I have no idea why he is pointing his finger at his head.

Thanks Mandrake for the comments. Yes, the first person is leaning in that pole and I cannot avoid it.

The second photo/person is talking with someone while I was taking the photo, I am not sure if he is aware or not. Yes, in all the photos I shoot he is pointing to his head :)

These portraits are gorgeous. I love the light falling on the subject creating all the highlights, shadow and texture. Good focus and DoF. 

The only thing, I agree with Mandrake about the pole sticking out of the head on the first photo. You have to be careful about those.
