This shot was taken from Jabal Al Jais Mountain in RAK, UAE at night, it was very tough shot and there is no street light on top of the mountain and also no tripod used.

The area is full of small rocks, therefore could not take the shots easily as the model could not pose properly due these small rocks and also my hands have shaken many times at the time of capturing this moment.

The lighting effect created with the help of my wife, she covered one of the car’s front light and  other one has reached to model’s face.
Somehow I could manage this shot; I wonder the outcome with my expected one considering the limited situation

Settings: shutter speed : 1/25, f5/6, iso 1600

I agree with Michael. The photograph is very dramatic.
My first impression was that it was a photo of someone (perhaps an author)
working at his desk well into the night.

The composition is unconventional and almost unsettling, but in this case, it works very well.
It conveys the sense that the viewer has suddenly come upon the subject who is not yet aware of his presence.

Nice job on this one, Muneer.  I really like it.

Mandrake, I too thought it looked like a writer over an old typewriter…

Very nice image! Great dramatic lightening adding some mystery. It makes you want to know who is he and what is he up to.
