I took this picture at the in-law’s backyard. I really liked the cloud pattern, so I decided to have fun in Lightroom making it look otherworldly.

I love Lightroom… I’ts great in so many ways for improving the overall photo’s appearance.
For fixing specific parts of a photo… cloning… spot healing, etc., I prefer Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.
I use Elements… it’s is reasonably priced and does everything I need.

Lightroom 5 beta is just out. I’ve downloaded it, and finally worked around the problem of the initial crash.
You could easily mess up your preferences in previous Lightroom versions, so be careful before trying this new version.

I definitely like the first shot as the color of the cloud is amazing and you have made a good justice to the shot in the post production…CoolSmile
