Interesting photo in that it looks very much like a painting.  Nice job.
I see that you use the D600 and that this was shot at 24mm with an aperture of 3.5.  
I’m gonna guess that this was shot with the 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G AF-S Nikkor lens.
Was the post with Photoshop, Lightroom, or both?

Welcome to the Forum, Vivek! We are happy to have you here. Beautiful photo. I love the colors. I would be nice if you can share some post processing info. It looks like HDR effect, since you have good exposure in both sunset sky and landscape. Is it combination of several photos or just manipulation in highlights and shadows of one picture in Lightroom?
