Thanks, Oksana.  When I took the pictures at Times Square, I needed to use higher shutter speed because the pictures of LED screen changed quickly.  Sometimes, even though I used higher shutter speed, some LED screens still showed totally white.  So I had to use continuous shots to shoot and then pick the one I like with less white LED screens. Laugh

If you used tripod you could also take few frames and combine them together in post.
