Sometimes it is kind of fun to experiment with exposure time at night. You never know that you might get in to your picture. Of cause it is if you have time to wait and you are patient enough. Just keep in might very long exposures can also add noise in to your image, so if you don’t want to wait so long, you could use a higher ISO as Mandrake mentioned.
