Very nice set of photos, Rama.
and some good perspectives.
I see that you mind the horizons.  Good for you.

Thanks Mandrake. i note what you say about the horizon. i do miss from time to time, but on these ones i was OK. These pictures were taken with EOS 60D and sigma 18-35 F 1,8 lens.  i used focal length between 18-20, f-stop 11 to 16 with 13 to 15 sec exposure . The black and white shot was taken at sunset 1/80 sec f 11 18 mm focal length. i forgot to include this information when i posted but will do so in the future

Thanks for the added information, Rama.
I just noticed that the third image, in particular, has some distortion.
It’s an easy fix in the lens corrections panel of Lightroom which you probably have.

Great shots Rama.
Dubai is just incredible!!!
if I lived there I’d be taking pictures day and night and don’t think I’d ever get bored.

Dale,

Thanks for your comments. Dubai is good in parts from a photographer’s point of view. for about 6 months in a year it’s very hot and you don’t see a clear blue sky. the golden hour is probably the right time to indulge in photography. also, we miss a bit of greenery .

A very nice set of shots Rama, you could get the great night shots, I believe the staff are still working in the office at night, there are multiple window light still on.

I would prefer to capture the twin towers with color format.

If you would like to capture some black and white shots,  you may please go to capture the abra (boat service) shots  & some souk  shots  to bring the historical view (its only my opinion)

Dale, as you know, we gets the clear sky from November to January only, luckily will get February and march when we get the  unexpected rains. after March its not easy to go out to capture the shot due to hot climate.

Muneer,

Thanks for your tips. will try the other locations you mentioned. the only reason i changed the last picture to B&W was that there were so many different bright colors fighting for attention .
