Truly beautiful, Vinrod.
You have brightened my day.

The camera settings are not available in the property details.
Would you care to share?

The Brown-Headed Gull….. I assume.

Mandrake.

Very beautiful shots, well framed it looks that you use something like 200mm or so on the second one.
I never saw those kind of seagulls, huge eyes… were did you took the pictures?

thanks Mandrake and Daniela for your comments.
These pictures are taken on 200mm and i didnt use any manual mode, I think i used the SPORTS mode preset on my camera to get these pictures. So the settings really don’t matter for these pictures.
only recently i have started exploring the manual modes on my Nikon 5000. Most of the pics which i may post on these forums are all captured using the presets.

Daniela, I took these pictures from a boat on the international waters between Germany, Austria and Switzerland near a small town called Lindau.

Thanks
~Vinod~

Vinod
Great pics! Hard to capture birds in flight with such clarity
and you did it.
Love the motion of the gulls in the first one and the position
of the gull in the second. It slices the frame in half and the
eyes are so fixed.
Great job on both!!!

Cool pictures, man that must have taken a lot of patience to get just the right shot. Good job! Wink

Great pictures.I really like the first one. I like how sharp are the birds and the background is kind of fading away. The soft pastel color are also very pleasing to the eyes.

Vinod,
Excellent shots. I really like the second one. The way you filled the frame is really pleasant.
