1 Squawk about it.
2 Great weather for fishing.
3 Go for a paddle in the ocean.
4 Go somewhere drier.
5 See the brighter side.IMG_7503-3.jpgIMG_7575-2.jpgIMG_7554.jpgIMG_7481.jpgDSC_8371.jpg

1. Dale… Your seals are outdone only by your bird. Another beauty prize.
2. Grady Whites… I remember when they were made of wood. Lapstrake.
3. Kayaking… A silly word. Do you know the lady?
4. The plane, the plane… Tatto, Fantasy Island.
5. Crocus… Really? So soon?

Mandrake
Glad you liked the pics.
I’m not sure if the lousy weather was pissing the hummingbird
off, or it was defending its little bit of territory – either way it was
not in a good mood with the rain and wind that day!
Do not know the people in the pics – but boating is a big part of
life living on an island as you can imagine (rain or shine).
Sea planes fly from our harbour several times a day taking people
to Vancouver etc. A common sight around here. Lots of crocus blooms
here at this time of year. Daffodils are starting to bloom too.
Victoria is called “the city of gardens” and we do have an abundance of
colours when the weather starts to improve!
Dale.
