Hay all,

Found this set of flowers in neighbour’s garden just waiting to meet my Nikkor f1.8D

Shot in RAW.This would be my first post processing attempt with lightroom… !! .. yeah, you heard it.

All this time I obeyed my camera’s processing  🙂DSC_2973-j-pre-process.jpg

Really like the result. By letting your camera do the thinking you’re saying that it is smarter
than you and can do a better job. Not true – post processing can turn a mediocre photograph
into something spectacular. I always take raw images and use Lr to post process and tweak
for colour, highlights, brightness, cropping etc. Lr and Ps are great tools and the results achieved
can make all the difference between a keeping the image or hitting the delete button.
Dale.

Thanks loads… in terms of sharpness/clarity I think I

overdid a bit. (towards the center of the flowers)
